Island Brasserie

Island Brasserie Rosewood

For centuries, seafaring voyagers left an indelible mark on Bermuda’s cuisine. Trade routes traversed the Atlantic, blending Old World traditions with those of the New World and West Indies. Reflecting these rich and diverse culinary influences, the resort’s signature restaurant delivers a contemporary take on island comfort food, placing emphasis on spices and time-honored cooking methods. Drawing from land and sea, locally caught fish, fresh seasonal harvests and artisanal products feature prominently on the menu. Vibrant and informal, the Island Brasserie takes its inspiration from a colonial-style home. Antique brass detailing and Gerard Henderson’s iconic hand-painted murals pay homage to Bermuda’s seafaring heritage. Indoors, the restaurant offers a relaxed and inviting setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outside, a terrace provides captivating views of Harrington Sound during the day and fireside warmth in the evening.
