Have a tropical cocktail and light lunch at the Bayside Terrace Grill, the waterfront bar and grill at the Grotto Bay Beach Resort. Open during the high season only, Bayside Terrace serves dishes like hamburgers, fish and chips, salads and sandwiches. In addition to lunch, Bayside Terrace also hosts outdoor theme dinners each week, with live music and dancing. Sample seafood paella, jerk chicken and baby back ribs at the Island BBQ night, and enjoy succulent lobster tails, shrimp, mussels and other fresh-caught delights at the seafood buffet.
