A truly Bermudian way to get around: motor scooters and pedal bikes (bicycles) are ideal for exploring our Island's winding streets and to stop in a “lay-by” to take in the ocean views.

Scooter riders and cyclists of all levels can make the most of our favourite modes of transport. Fear not, our speed limit is never set above 32 kph/20mph--and remember, we drive on the left just like you!

Motor Scooter requirements

Renting a scooter requires three things:

• You must be at 18 years of age or older
• You must wear a helmet
• You must obey the speed limit.

The cycle liveries are happy to provide a delivery and pick-up service at your hotel.

On your bike!

We love our pedal bikes. Our many long, twisting roads make cycling our Island particularly rewarding. Just remember, if you ask to rent a "bike" or "bicycle", most Bermudians will assume you want a motor scooter, because we call them "pedal bikes"!

Rentals range between US$30 and $35 per day.
